This is a reminder for those who have not yet migrated their meter records on the new resident/energy portal.
Importance of Migration:
The migration of meter records is crucial to ensure the continued functionality and accuracy of our vending/metering system. It is essential for generating a TID Rollover Token to update all meters to new vending software before our current vending software expires.
Implications of Not Migrating:
Failure to migrate your meter record before the set date will have significant implications:
- We will not be able to generate a TID Rollover Token for your meter.
- Your meter may no longer be capable of accepting tokens for energy usage.
- Residents who do not migrate may be liable to pay for the installation of a new meter.
Action Required:
Please take immediate action to migrate your meter records on the resident/energy portal. Follow these steps to ensure compliance:
- Visit the Platform: Go to https://resident.faithtabernacle.org.ng/register
- Register with your old energy portal login details or signup with a new email if you don’t have account on the old portal
- Verify Details: Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your details.
- Verify your METER NUMBER to ensure it is correct
- Follow the instruction to complete the migration process
Deadline:
To avoid any inconvenience or additional costs, please complete the migration process on or before 4th of August, 2024.
